Christopher Sequeira
I’m Christopher Sequeira, founder of this consultancy and academy, and for more than 16 years I’ve focused my career on helping organizations transform how they operate, lead, and grow. My journey has taken me through diverse industries—manufacturing, maritime and air transport, banking, property management, technology, BPO, retail/eCommerce, and supply chain—which has shaped a broad, real-world perspective on what drives performance and excellence.
As an Industrial Engineer with an MBA in Operations and specialized studies in quality, project management, finance, continuous improvement, and change management, I’ve built my career at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution. I’m an executive leader and certified coach who believes deeply in the power of people—developing teams, building trust, and creating environments where professionals thrive.
I founded this consultancy with the mission to support companies navigating today’s rapidly changing business landscape. From digitalization and automation to agile operating models and data-driven decision-making, I help organizations strengthen their capabilities, accelerate transformation, and build cultures of continuous and sustainable excellence.
